During the implementation of the first distance learning center in Brasilia, I took on crucial administrative roles to ensure the efficient running of the educational system.
Assigned to the roles of Academic Secretary, Financial Secretary and Operations Secretary, each position required specific tasks for the success of the distance learning center.
Academic Secretary
I coordinated and managed student and course documentation.
As Academic Secretary, I contributed to the efficient organization of student documentation.
Financial Secretary
I led the management of accounts and the preparation of management reports.
As Financial Secretary, I kept the finances transparent and in order.
Operations Secretary
I organized face-to-face meetings, ensuring technological support and coordinating the secretarial team.
As Operations Secretary, face-to-face meetings ran smoothly, providing effective support for academic and financial demands.
The successful implementation of the distance learning center in Brasilia was achieved. The experience highlighted the importance of multifunctionality and efficient coordination in educational environments, especially during the implementation of new teaching modalities such as distance learning.
